Dryline Restoration on the job

What we handle

Every loss type, one crew

Water, fire, storm, mold. Same trucks, same paperwork, same standard, whatever hit the house.

01 Water Extraction & Structural Drying

Water Extraction & Structural Drying

Truck-mount extraction first, then air movers and dehumidifiers set to an actual drying plan. Moisture logged daily until the readings hit dry standard.

Billed to your claim
02 Storm & Roof Leak Response

Storm & Roof Leak Response

Tarp and board-up the same day, then interior drying. Hail, straight-line wind, a limb through the deck — we stop the water before anything else.

Emergency tarp from $450
03 Fire, Smoke & Soot Cleanup

Fire, Smoke & Soot Cleanup

Soot removal, HEPA scrubbing, sealing and odour work. Smoke travels a lot further than fire, so we clean well past the burn line.

Free damage assessment
04 Mold Remediation

Mold Remediation

Sealed containment, negative air, affected material out to the dumpster. Independent clearance testing before anybody rebuilds anything.

From $1,600
05 Frozen & Burst Pipe Cleanup

Frozen & Burst Pipe Cleanup

The January call. We find the split, kill the water, open the cavity and dry it out before the mold clock starts running.

24/7 call-out
06 Pack-Out & Claim Documentation

Pack-Out & Claim Documentation

Contents photographed, inventoried, boxed and stored offsite. The carrier gets a complete file: readings, dated photos, scope, timeline.

Inside Dryline Restoration

Who shows up at 2 a.m.

We built this after a February nobody in Oklahoma forgot.

Dryline started in 2011 with one cargo trailer and a borrowed dehumidifier. Then the 2021 freeze hit and we ran sixty-three straight days of burst pipes across the metro. That stretch taught us the job is half drying and half paperwork — and the paperwork is the half most companies skip.

Today we're trained in water damage restoration and applied structural drying, and staffed around the clock out of southwest Oklahoma City. Every loss gets a file: readings logged daily, photos dated, scope written the way an adjuster reads it. You get your house back and you don't have to fight for it.

Why Dryline

The part other crews skip

Setting fans is the easy part. What gets a claim paid is a file the adjuster cannot argue with.

01

On site in 60 minutes

Metro-wide, any hour. Water damage gets more expensive every hour it sits.

02

Documented from hour one

Dated photos and daily moisture logs. Your adjuster gets facts instead of opinions.

03

Cleared before we rebuild

Independent post-remediation testing on every mold job. We don't grade our own work.

04

We bill the carrier

Direct insurance billing on covered losses. Most homeowners pay a deductible and nothing else.
